As long as you have an active subscription, you will have access to a support button within the Launcher.

Clicking on the button will open the Priority Support tab, and you can start chatting with one of our experts.

Please note that we do not provide support for downloaded games, only support for Hydra itself (account issues, subscription issues, or launcher issues). The responsibility for each downloaded game lies with the user. We recommend that you seek out other users in gaming or Hydra-related communities for this.
