If you are downloading a game via torrent, in the download tab, information such as “Peers” and “Seeds” will be displayed along with the percentage of the game downloaded.

In the torrent protocol, “Peers” are people who are downloading the game at the same time as you, and “Seeds” are people who are simply sharing the game files with you, to enable the download.

Ideally, the more “Seeds”, the faster and more consistent the game’s download speed will be, however, note that it depends on several other factors besides the number of “Seeds” or “Peers”.
