If you have forgotten your password but still remember your username and PIN, or have an email address linked to your account, you can recover your account by following these steps:

In the login tab, click on "Recover using PIN or email":

And select which recovery method you want to proceed with:

If you choose to recover your account using email, enter the email address associated with your account and an email with a new PIN will be sent to you. You can also create a new password directly via that email. (An email will only be sent if the address provided is associated with an account.)

In addition, you can also choose the other recovery method using PIN, enter your username, PIN, and your new password, to change it and log in to your account.

If you no longer have the information necessary to recover your account, send an email to support@hydralauncher.gg with the subject “Account Recovery”, explaining what happened and providing all the account information you can remember.
